co-tend /koh-TEND/
verb

to work independently, together.

Why co-tend?

“Contend” means to compete or struggle against. Take out the “n” and you get “co-tend”: to care for alongside.

The wellness world can make independent instructors feel like they’re competing for the same students, the same clients, the same room.

co-tend is a reminder that there’s enough for everyone, and that we’re independent but never alone.

My passion is making sure you feel supported in every professional endeavor you take. co-tend is a project that has been on my mind for a long time, and I’m excited to build it with you.
